MCI conducts both visual and calibrated instrument inspections. MCI is fully qualified to perform all facets of coating and lining inspection. Including but not limited to: flame spray, galvanizing, fusion bonded epoxy, plural component, and fireproofing. We have the expertise to schedule and perform multiple inspections, coordinating our time with several 'crafts' that might be working on the same project. Our expertise is superlative in the industry as we combine our resources and work closely together with all who are involved. In doing so, downtime is substantially minimized which helps keep projects on time and under budget.

With over 30 years of experience in the industrial, marine and commercial paint industry, Mathews Coatings Inspections, LLC is the leading provider of corrosion consulting. Over the last 20 years, we've been working with the Department of Transportation, Government, Aerospace and Nuclear programs, as well as working with bridge, structural, pipeline, and marine coatings, concrete coating inspections (wastewater, wet-well), lining inspections and corrosion assessments. We possess extensive experience in all phases of lead abatement, sandblasting, coatings and lining applications.

NACE III Certified Coatings Inspector, OSHA 10 and Confined Space Certified, with deep experience in quality control operations, containment structures, and hazardous material disposal.
